WDHB distinguishes four different kinds of expeditions. Regardless of program type, all are extraordinarily designed and delivered by WDHB experts to be strategic, purposeful and of long-lasting impact.
A Strategic Expedition® is a focused and strategically targeted immersive development opportunity to produce sustainable solutions to issues with company-wide implications. The Strategic Expedition® is conducted at 1 or 2 destinations abroad over 5 to 7 days. Participants can include 10 to 25 executive committee members or other C-level executives.
A Learning Expedition is a highly customized and varied learning experience allowing executive teams to observe and respond to latest trends and practices and undergo rich cultural transformations. The Learning Expedition is conducted at 1 or 2 destinations abroad over 5 to 7 days. Participants can include 10 to 40 senior level executives.
A Discovery Expedition is a concentrated opportunity for collective discovery offering teams broader insights, innovative perspectives and new avenues of thinking for the short- and mid-term future. The Discovery Expedition is conducted at a destination abroad or in your vicinity over 3 to 4 days. Participants can include 7 to 40 executives or managers.
An Intro Expedition is a facilitated group experience to find new inspiration and active learning with the purpose of shifting mindset and immediate strategic direction. The Intro Expedition is conducted at your premises or at a mutually agreed venue over 1 to 2 days. Participants can include 5 to 50 executives or managers.
Consortium Expeditions
WDHB offers a range of Consortium Expeditions enabling a variety of companies to team up for their learning experiences. We distinguish three types:
Alliance Expedition
CEO Expeditions
Two or more companies form an alliance to send their executives and managers on a common learning experience. Special focus is given to explicit and implicit synergies as well as mutual learning opportunities.
CEO’s or other C-level executives from different companies team up to jointly discover and uncover new business opportunities and strategic inspirations.
Open Expedition
WDHB invites anyone interested to participate in Open Expeditions on topics of specific importance and around current events.
