Founded in 1988, WDHB exclusively organizes Learning Expeditions, with a team of 7 full-time people in California, one in Europe, and a network of 14 world-class facilitators, most of them independent consultants.

WDHB has been ranked two times (in 1996 and 2001) by the San Francisco Business Times as being among the 100 fastest growing private companies in San Francisco and the Silicon Valley.

Two types of seminars constitute WDHB's core business:

Learning Expeditions
Since 1988, WDHB has run over 300 Learning Expeditions, visited 2500 companies, and hosted over 6,000 executives from 28 countries, including 15 European countries. Most clients have come back again and/or subsequently requested Learning Expeditions for their management teams.
