Philippe Souty (France)
Philippe Souty began his professional career at Michelin, holding a variety of positions over 10 years (production, sales, financial management). During his last four years at Michelin, he was the Director of a foreign subsidiary in Scandinavia.
He then worked for eight years at SCOA, a subsidiary of Paribas, including four years as Director of Personnel Management for the entire Paribas Group.
He has substantial consulting experience, particularly with Cabinet Convergence, which specializes in management and organization. For six years he served as the firm's Executive Director.
Philippe Souty has been working independently since 1997, regularly partnering with a network of consultants. He has run and facilitated numerous executive itinerant seminars abroad, particularly in Japan and the United States.
His primary areas of expertise are:
- Team functionality and dysfonctionality (beginning with executive teams).
- Issues of change and resistance.
- Working differently. Working "right."
- Developing an internal atmosphere that fosters responsiveness, creativity and innovation.
