Christopher Schoch (USA/France)
Originally from California, Christopher Schoch has been based in France for twenty years. He is bicultural, has studied both in France and in the United States, and holds degrees in History (BA), Education Science (MS), Intercultural Communication (SIAC), and Literature (Licence).
For nine years he directed a training center run by the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce. From 1988 to 1994 he headed international training and managerial development at Groupe Accor. In this capacity, he designed and implemented international programs for the Group's upper-level managers and executives.
For the past five years, he has been helping European, American, and Asian multinational companies manage change through an interactive approach integrating intercultural management.
In addition to his consulting activities, Christopher Schoch teaches management training for CPAs both in Paris and at Antioch University in Seattle. He regularly publishes articles in French and American management reviews.
His primary areas of expertise are interactive approaches to change management, intercultural management and multi-cultural team building, new training systems, and training and personal/professional development for managers and executives.
Christopher Schoch is President of M.D.L.S. Associates, an international firm specializing in management development and learning systems.
