With a Virtual Learning Expeditionsm, executive teams go through a truly engaging and interactive learning experience, customized to their development and strategic needs, without having to incur the duration and costs of travel.
These innovative programs, designed either for executive education, for problem solving or for strategic thinking, combine remote interactive and experiential learning with face-to-face interaction. Through videoconferences or remote filming done live in one or several countries on their behalf, the participants can explore selected companies, interview their peers located several time zones away, while benefiting from daily debriefings and workshops facilitated by WDHB onsite. The learning environment is personalized, collaborative and time effective.
We organize Virtual Learning Expeditionssm in two formats:
- An in-depth week-long program with a similar structure to our immersive Learning Expeditions and Strategic Expeditions®. The customized program includes a diversity of company visits through videoconference and meetings with experts. Our facilitator is onsite with the participants and conducts daily workshops while a concluding session is aimed at making decisions and outlining a plan of action when appropriate.
- A shorter version of the program designed to be inserted into a traditional training and development seminar. This 2-days Virtual Learning Expeditionssm, custom-designed to address a specific focus area, will be an inspiring and renewing experience for the participants already engaged in the process of learning.
