Above all, it is an inspiring and renewing experience for European executive teams. Through individually crafted Learning Expeditions, WDHB enables participants to observe and respond to the latest economic and management trends in North America and somewhere else:

A structured, one-week program for 12-35 executives or high-level managers that includes:
- visits to individually selected companies,
- meetings with experts on such topics as innovation, management, and e-business,
- daily debriefings and reflective workshops on the potential applicability of practices observed - all based on proprietary WDHB methodologies,
- team-building activities, if appropriate,
- a concluding workshop aimed at making decisions and outlining a plan of action.

A review of 940 participant evaluations revealed that:
