Strategic Learning
The WDHB process starts with the design of a conceptual program.
Based on your strategic objectives along with identified subthemes and the chosen destination, the WDHB designers outline a flow for the strategic learning experience taking into account the interpersonal aspects, future aspirations and strategic ideas of your specific organization and team.
We take a 360 degree look at your themes and to the extreme edges to encompass as much perspective as possible and find opportunities for innovative insight. Our programs are designed with a learning journey in mind but also with room for exploration and serendipitous discoveries to gain along the way.
Once the program concept has been refined, we pair it with extensive research and tailored experiences that the WDHB team and your program facilitator put together on your themes and from client insights to choreograph a gradually more detailed program specifying potential key activities, speakers and host companies.
The project leader in charge of organizing your expedition will work together with you to prepare all the logistical aspects of the program. The facilitators will provide you with all the necessary information for the participants to get ready for their expedition including thought-provoking background resources on the themes and destinations in engaging formats.
«Our participants were given new frameworks, new concepts to think about that they wouldn’t have thought about in their day-to-day operations. What individuals got out of that was a very different framework for themselves, they challenged themselves, they challenged their own thinking.»
